Factual review and corrections

Reviewed October 4, 2026. We screened 461 English and Spanish guide files and examined the imported catalog of 1,996 retailer references. Screening identifies material to investigate; it does not verify every statement.

What we corrected

We rewrote ten topics in both languages: Miele selection, bagged vacuums, expensive vacuums, allergy and filtration evidence, Dyson Spot+Scrub Ai, ECOVACS X11 OmniCyclone, Dreame selection, vacuum-only robots, robot mopping, and mixed carpet-and-hardwood robot use. Each replacement describes its evidence and limitations and links to the sources used.

The old Spot+Scrub article misidentified a standalone robot as a stick-vacuum attachment. Some articles claimed hands-on tests without supporting records. We withdrew those claims and results. The Miele guide incorrectly presented replaceable Complete C3 filters as lifetime parts. We also removed unsupported health outcomes, universal floor-safety assurances and stale rating counts from the rewritten coverage.

Catalog evidence

We removed the imported review prose, specifications, pros and cons, star ratings and recent-purchase counts from the public catalog. They lacked adequate source records. We now publish 6 model summaries linked to manufacturer documentation. They are research summaries, not hands-on tests, and the exact retailer bundle still needs confirmation.

Pages awaiting verification

166 guide pages are on review hold, including translated counterparts. Their earlier text is withdrawn, they are excluded from our guide listings and sitemap, and we request that search engines not index them. Their URLs remain available with a correction notice. A hold does not establish that every sentence was wrong.

Other legacy articles have not all received a claim-by-claim source check. The absence of a hold is not a verification badge. We are not certifying the entire legacy library as fact-checked.

How to assess a recommendation

Look for the full model, relevant primary documentation, source scope, update date and explicit limits. Manufacturer features and laboratory claims are not measurements by our team. A filter label is not a medical guarantee, and a cleaning feature does not override flooring instructions.
